We want every purchase to be a pleasant experience. If, for any reason, the item does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted provided that the item retains its original appearance, packaging, and labels, and shows no signs of use. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
To request a return, please contact customer support and provide your order number and the reason for the return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or does not match the description.
Used items, cosmetics with damaged packaging, and personal-use items (nail files, attachments, disposable items) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
